Taco Buldak Ramen by Youknwbrandon
Spicy Korean-style fire noodles infused with zesty taco seasoning, finished with melted cheese and cream.

Ingredients
- 1 package buldak spicy chicken ramen
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or mexican blend cheese
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 2 cup water (for boiling)
Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot over medium-high heat.
- Add the ramen noodles to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender.
- Drain the water, leaving about 2-3 tablespoons in the pot with the noodles.
- Stir in the Buldak sauce packet and the taco seasoning until noodles are evenly coated.
- Top with shredded cheese, cover the pot for 30 seconds to allow the cheese to melt.
- Remove from heat and stir in a dollop of sour cream before serving.
