Crispy chicken and savory bacon strips tossed in creamy ranch dressing, tightly rolled in flour tortillas.

Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 250g (9 oz) cooked chicken breast, sliced or diced
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked until crispy
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium tomato, diced

Instructions

  1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
  2. Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for 15-20 seconds to make them pliable.
  3. Layer the shredded lettuce, cooked chicken, crispy bacon, tomato, and cheese in the center of each tortilla.
  4. Drizzle 1/4 cup of ranch dressing over the filling of each wrap.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom upward to seal the wrap.
  6. Toast the finished wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
