Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta by Youknwbrandon
Tender chicken and crispy bacon tossed in a creamy ranch-infused pasta sauce with melted cheese.

Ingredients
- 450g (1 lb) penne or rotini pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chopped bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add diced chicken to the skillet with the bacon, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream and ranch dressing, stirring to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta and shredded cheese to the skillet, tossing until the cheese is melted and the sauce coats the pasta evenly, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately while hot.
