Chicken Bacon Ranch Pasta by Youknwbrandon

Tender chicken and crispy bacon tossed in a creamy ranch-infused pasta sauce with melted cheese.

Ingredients

  • 450g (1 lb) penne or rotini pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta according to package directions until al dente, about 8-10 minutes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chopped bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add diced chicken to the skillet with the bacon, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Reduce heat to low and pour in the heavy cream and ranch dressing, stirring to combine.
  6. Add the cooked pasta and shredded cheese to the skillet, tossing until the cheese is melted and the sauce coats the pasta evenly, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve immediately while hot.
