Ingredients
- 2 oz rye whiskey
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 0.75 oz simple syrup
- 0.5 oz egg white
- 0.5 oz red wine
Instructions
- In a shaker without ice, combine rye whiskey, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white; dry shake to emulsify.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well-chilled.
- Double strain the mixture into a glass filled with fresh ice.
- Gently float the red wine on top of the cocktail.
