Ingredients
- 340g (12 oz) frozen shelled edamame, thawed and patted dry
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Pat the thawed edamame completely dry with paper towels to ensure they get crispy.
- Toss the dried edamame in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, and sea salt until evenly coated.
- Spread the edamame in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet until ready to serve.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until the beans are golden and crispy.
