Crunchy roasted edamame beans seasoned with aromatic garlic and sea salt for a satisfying snack.

Ingredients

  • 340g (12 oz) frozen shelled edamame, thawed and patted dry
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Pat the thawed edamame completely dry with paper towels to ensure they get crispy.
  3. Toss the dried edamame in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, and sea salt until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the edamame in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet until ready to serve.
  5. Roast for 15-20 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until the beans are golden and crispy.
