Chicken Bacon Ranch Subs by Whatsmomcookin

Crispy bacon and tender chicken smothered in creamy ranch dressing on a toasted sub roll.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 6 bacon slices, cooked until crispy
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 4 sub rolls
  • 8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with half of the ranch dressing until well coated.
  3. Slice the sub rolls open and lightly butter the cut sides, then toast them in the oven for 3-5 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Layer the chicken mixture onto the toasted rolls and top each with two slices of cheese until ready to serve.
  5. Place the subs back into the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven, top with crispy bacon pieces, and drizzle with the remaining ranch dressing before serving.
