Chicken Bacon Ranch Subs by Whatsmomcookin
Crispy bacon and tender chicken smothered in creamy ranch dressing on a toasted sub roll.

Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 6 bacon slices, cooked until crispy
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 4 sub rolls
- 8 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken with half of the ranch dressing until well coated.
- Slice the sub rolls open and lightly butter the cut sides, then toast them in the oven for 3-5 minutes until lightly golden.
- Layer the chicken mixture onto the toasted rolls and top each with two slices of cheese until ready to serve.
- Place the subs back into the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven, top with crispy bacon pieces, and drizzle with the remaining ranch dressing before serving.
