Whole Food Flatbread Pizza by Welleasy

Quick nutrient-dense flatbread pizza with mozzarella, tomato sauce, protein, greens, and avocado.

Ingredients
- 2 whole grain flatbreads
- 1 cup shredded organic mozzarella
- 1/2 cup smooth tomato sauce
- 1 cup cooked chicken, tofu, or beans
- 1 cup fresh greens
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper, about 5 minutes.
- Place the flatbreads on the tray and spread the tomato sauce evenly over each one.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella over the sauce, then add the cooked chicken, tofu, or beans.
- Bake for 13 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy and golden.
- Top with fresh greens and sliced avocado right before serving.
- Finish with olive oil, salt, and black pepper if desired, then slice and serve warm.
