Tiramisu Overnight Oats by Welleasy

Creamy tiramisu-inspired overnight oats with coffee, cacao, yoghurt, and protein for make-ahead breakfasts.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop beef protein powder or protein powder of choice
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt or dairy-free alternative
  • 1 cup freshly brewed coffee, cooled slightly
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 cup Greek yoghurt or dairy-free alternative, for topping
  • 1 tsp cacao powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Brew 1 cup coffee and let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes so it is warm, not hot.
  2. Combine the oats, hemp seeds, protein powder, flaxseed, chia seeds, cacao powder, salt, vanilla, maple syrup, 1/2 cup yoghurt, coffee, and milk in a large container.
  3. Stir for 1 to 2 minutes until everything is evenly mixed and no dry pockets remain.
  4. Smooth the surface, then spread the remaining 1 cup yoghurt over the top in an even layer.
  5. Dust lightly with cacao powder, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.
  6. Serve cold straight from the fridge, stirring if desired before spooning into bowls or jars.
