Tiramisu Overnight Oats by Welleasy

Creamy tiramisu-inspired overnight oats with coffee, cacao, yoghurt, and protein for make-ahead breakfasts.

Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup hemp seeds
- 1 scoop beef protein powder or protein powder of choice
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt or dairy-free alternative
- 1 cup freshly brewed coffee, cooled slightly
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt or dairy-free alternative, for topping
- 1 tsp cacao powder, for dusting
Instructions
- Brew 1 cup coffee and let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes so it is warm, not hot.
- Combine the oats, hemp seeds, protein powder, flaxseed, chia seeds, cacao powder, salt, vanilla, maple syrup, 1/2 cup yoghurt, coffee, and milk in a large container.
- Stir for 1 to 2 minutes until everything is evenly mixed and no dry pockets remain.
- Smooth the surface, then spread the remaining 1 cup yoghurt over the top in an even layer.
- Dust lightly with cacao powder, cover, and chill for at least 4 hours or overnight until thick and creamy.
- Serve cold straight from the fridge, stirring if desired before spooning into bowls or jars.
