Crunchy homemade seed crackers that swap processed bread for a protein-packed snack.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sesame seeds
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup flaxseed meal
- 1/2 tsp fine salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried rosemary or mixed herbs
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Heat the oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, chia seeds, flaxseed meal, salt, garlic powder, and herbs in a bowl.
- Stir in water and olive oil, then let the mixture sit for 10 minutes until thick and spreadable.
- Spread the mixture very thinly and evenly on the prepared baking sheet, about 1/8 inch thick.
- Score into cracker shapes with a knife or pizza cutter after 5 minutes of baking, when the top starts to set.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until dry and deeply golden at the edges.
- Cool completely on the pan for 15 minutes, then break along the scored lines.
