Snickers Magic Shell Chia Pudding by Welleasy

Creamy, chocolatey chia pudding layered with peanut butter mousse, dates, and a magic shell topping.

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or vegan alternative
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 splash milk of choice, about 1 to 2 tbsp
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Medjool dates, soaked in hot water for 10 minutes and mashed
- 2 tbsp melted chocolate
- 1 tbsp chopped peanuts
- 1 pinch sea salt
Instructions
- Mix the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, peanut butter, milk, and salt in a container until evenly combined, then let it sit for about 30 minutes until thickened.
- Stir the second portion of Greek yogurt with the peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the peanut butter mousse over the set chia pudding in an even layer.
- Top with the mashed dates, spreading them gently over the mousse.
- Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top, then finish with chopped peanuts and a pinch of sea salt.
- Chill the assembled pudding in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the chocolate sets and the layers are firm.
