Mango Electrolyte Mocktail by Welleasy

Hydrating, zingy alcohol-free mango mocktail with ginger, lime, and a salty-spicy rim.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 thumb-sized piece fresh ginger, peeled
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 bottle Punchy Mango Electrolyte Drink (about 330 ml)
- 1 pinch mineral salt
- 1 pinch cayenne or red pepper flakes
- 1 lime wedge, for rimming glasses
- 1 cup crushed ice
Instructions
- Blend the mango, ginger, and lime juice for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth.
- Mix the mineral salt with the cayenne or pepper flakes in a small shallow dish.
- Run the lime wedge around the rims of 2 glasses, then dip the rims into the salt-spice mix.
- Divide the mango puree between the glasses and add a generous handful of crushed ice to each.
- Top each glass with the Punchy Mango Electrolyte Drink, then stir gently for 5-10 seconds.
- Serve immediately while cold and fizzy, and sip slow.
