Chocolate Bone Broth Ice Cream by Welleasy

Creamy high-protein chocolate ice cream blended from cottage cheese, bone broth shake, maple, and cacao.

Ingredients
- 600 g cottage cheese
- 60 ml maple syrup
- 120-240 ml chocolate bone broth shake
- 3 heaped tbsp raw cacao powder
Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese, maple syrup, chocolate bone broth shake, and cacao powder to a blender.
- Blend for 30-60 seconds until completely silky and no curds remain, scraping down once if needed.
- Taste and add a little more maple syrup or bone broth shake if you want it sweeter or looser, then blend for 10 seconds more.
- Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
- Freeze for 3-4 hours, stirring once after 1 hour if you want a softer scoop.
- Scoop and serve once the ice cream is firm but still spoonable.
