Ingredients
- 500g (1.1 lb) farmers cheese
- 200g (7 oz) dark chocolate, chopped
- 150g (2/3 cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 100g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
- 50g (1/2 cup) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Beat the farmers cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until completely smooth and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.

- Whisk the softened butter into the melted chocolate until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Divide the chocolate mixture into three equal portions to create the layers until ready to serve.
- Spread the first portion of the chocolate mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan, smoothing the top, and freeze for 15 minutes to set.
- Spread half of the farmers cheese mixture over the first chocolate layer, then freeze for 15 minutes.
- Repeat the layering process with the remaining chocolate and cheese mixtures, finishing with a final layer of chocolate until ready to serve.
- Refrigerate the dessert for at least 4 hours, or until firm, before slicing and serving.
