Buttery, crisp sugar cookies shaped like bunnies, perfect for festive holiday gatherings and gifts.

Ingredients
- 250g (2 cup) all-purpose flour
- 150g (3/4 cup) unsalted butter, softened
- 100g (1/2 cup) granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Cream the softened butter and sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Stir in the flour and salt until a smooth dough forms, being careful not to overmix.
- Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to make it easier to roll.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness until ready to serve.
- Cut the dough using a bunny-shaped cookie cutter and transfer to the prepared baking sheet until ready to serve.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden, then cool completely on a wire rack.
