Quick, no-bake dessert featuring layered biscuits soaked in coffee with a velvety cream filling.

Ingredients
- 200g lotus biscoff or ladyfinger biscuits
- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 200ml heavy cream
- 50g powdered sugar
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Whisk the heavy cream, mascarpone, and powdered sugar in a medium bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Pour the cooled coffee into a shallow dish until ready to serve.
- Dip each biscuit briefly into the coffee, ensuring they are moistened but not soggy until ready to serve.
- Arrange a layer of soaked biscuits in the bottom of a serving dish until ready to serve.
- Spread a layer of the cream mixture over the biscuits until ready to serve.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream.
- Dust the top generously with cocoa powder before serving until ready to serve.
