Cheesy Ground Chicken Crunchwrap by Toptiercook

Crispy pan-seared tortilla filled with seasoned ground chicken and a generous layer of melted cheese.

Ingredients
- 450g (1 lb) ground chicken
- 2 cup shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Brown the ground chicken in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked and crumbly.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and salt, cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Lay out a tortilla and place a generous mound of the chicken mixture in the center, followed by a handful of shredded cheese.
- Fold the edges of the tortilla toward the center, creating a hexagonal or circular packet, pressing down to seal
- Heat the remaining oil in a clean skillet over medium heat and place the crunchwrap seam-side down.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the exterior is golden brown and crispy and the cheese is fully melted.
