Savory beef sliders seasoned with onion soup and peanut butter, baked on soft dinner rolls.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
- 12 soft dinner rolls, sliced horizontally
- 6 slices Velveeta or American cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, onion soup mix, peanut butter, and milk until well incorporated.
- Spread the meat mixture evenly across a large cookie sheet and use a rolling pin to flatten it into a uniform layer.
- Bake for 10 minutes to allow the meat to firm up and shrink slightly.
- Remove the sheet from the oven and scatter the finely chopped onions around the edges of the meat.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes, then remove and spoon the softened onions from the edges over the top of the meat.
- Layer the cheese slices over the meat and onions, then bake for another 7-10 minutes until the cheese is fully melted.
- Place the tops of the dinner rolls onto the cheese layer and return to the oven for 5 minutes to toast slightly.
- Remove from the oven, slice the meat into individual squares using a pizza cutter, and assemble each slider by placing the meat and top bun onto the bottom roll halves.
