Crispy fried chicken cutlets glazed in a sweet and smoky chipotle sauce on toasted slider buns.

Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs chicken cutlets
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (for dredging)
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 slider buns
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Whisk together buttermilk, egg, hot sauce, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl
- Add chicken cutlets to the marinade, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Dredge each marinated chicken piece in flour, shaking off excess, until evenly coated.
- Fry chicken in 1 inch of oil at 350°F (175°C) for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Combine honey, chipotle peppers, and minced garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat; simmer for 3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Brush the honey chipotle glaze over the cooked chicken.
- Assemble sliders on toasted buns and serve warm.
