S'mores Dump Cake by Tidal Tastes

Layers of chocolate, toasted marshmallows, and graham crackers baked into a warm, indulgent dessert cake.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 box (15 oz) yellow or chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. Spread the chocolate chips evenly across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows in an even layer over the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the dry cake mix over the marshmallow layer and spread to cover, then sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs on top
  5. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the top of the dry ingredients.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling, then let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
