Creamy, high-protein tuna salad featuring flaky tuna, crisp celery, and red onion for a satisfying lunch.

Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
- 1 tsp everything bagel seasoning
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Thoroughly drain the canned tuna to remove excess water, which takes about 1 minute.
- Finely dice the celery stalk and a small piece of red onion, which should take approximately 2-3 minutes.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, mayonnaise, diced celery, diced red onion, everything bagel seasoning, salt, and black pepper until ready to serve.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly with a fork or spoon for 1-2 minutes until well combined and the tuna is flaked.
- Serve immediately on crackers, bread, or in lettuce wraps, or chill for at least 15 minutes for optimal flavor.
