Ingredients

- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 8 oz fresh tuna, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Blend cilantro, shallot, lime zest, lemon juice, orange juice, jalapeño, rice vinegar, olive oil, and salt until smooth.
- Strain the sauce for a lighter texture.
- Spread the sauce on a plate.
- Arrange the thinly sliced tuna over the sauce.
- Garnish with additional lime zest, jalapeño slices, or pomegranate seeds.
