Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into uniform 1-inch cubes for even cooking.
- Place the potato cubes in a large mixing bowl and toss with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Add the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley, salt, and pepper to the bowl; toss again until the potatoes are well-seasoned.
- Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a large rimmed baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, tossing halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and tender when pierced with a fork.
