Crumble kiwi banane by Thebelgianblondie

Simple fruity crumble with kiwi, banana, and a light almond topping.

Ingredients

  • 4 kiwis, peeled and cut into small pieces
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 15 g sugar
  • 20 g almond flour
  • 25 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 to 2 tbsp water
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a small baking dish, about 15 cm wide.
  2. Peel and cut the 4 kiwis into small pieces, then slice the banana into rounds.
  3. Mix the kiwi, banana, and sugar in the baking dish until the fruit looks evenly coated.
  4. Combine the almond flour, all-purpose flour, olive oil, and a little water in a bowl for a sandy crumble texture, about 1 minute.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit in an even layer.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C, until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbling at the edges.
  7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving so the filling sets slightly.
