Crumble kiwi banane by Thebelgianblondie
Simple fruity crumble with kiwi, banana, and a light almond topping.

Ingredients
- 4 kiwis, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 1 banana, sliced
- 15 g sugar
- 20 g almond flour
- 25 g all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 to 2 tbsp water
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a small baking dish, about 15 cm wide.
- Peel and cut the 4 kiwis into small pieces, then slice the banana into rounds.
- Mix the kiwi, banana, and sugar in the baking dish until the fruit looks evenly coated.
- Combine the almond flour, all-purpose flour, olive oil, and a little water in a bowl for a sandy crumble texture, about 1 minute.
- Sprinkle the crumble mixture over the fruit in an even layer.
- Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C, until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbling at the edges.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving so the filling sets slightly.
