Sticky Sweet Salmon Bowl by The Fit Feast
A sticky sweet salmon bowl with salmon fillets, rice, broccoli, and a glossy savory-sweet sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, garlic powder, and sesame oil
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush salmon generously with the sauce.
- Roast salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- While salmon bakes, steam or roast broccoli florets until tender-crisp.
- Assemble bowls with cooked rice, roasted broccoli, and the sticky salmon.
- Add grated carrot to the bowls (raw) when assembling for fresh crunch.
- Drizzle any remaining sauce over the salmon and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
