Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding by The Fit Feast
Creamy chocolate chia pudding enriched with protein powder, served with crunchy granola, fresh raspberries, and peanut butter.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp cacao powder
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp granola (for topping)
- 1/4 cup fresh raspberries (for topping)
- 1 tbsp peanut butter (for topping)
Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, almond milk, Greek yoghurt, cacao powder, and protein powder in a jar or bowl.
- Mix thoroughly for 1-2 minutes until the protein powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight until the pudding has thickened.
- Serve chilled in a bowl, topped with granola, fresh raspberries, and a drizzle of peanut butter.
