Chocolate Protein Chia Pudding by The Fit Feast

Creamy chocolate chia pudding enriched with protein powder, served with crunchy granola, fresh raspberries, and peanut butter.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp granola (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup fresh raspberries (for topping)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Combine chia seeds, almond milk, Greek yoghurt, cacao powder, and protein powder in a jar or bowl.
  2. Mix thoroughly for 1-2 minutes until the protein powder is fully dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours or overnight until the pudding has thickened.
  4. Serve chilled in a bowl, topped with granola, fresh raspberries, and a drizzle of peanut butter.
