Bajirao Mastani Custard Apple Drink by Tastebyishika
Chilled, creamy custard apple dessert drink infused with aromatic saffron and sweetened milk.

Ingredients
- 500g custard apple (sitaphal), seeds removed and pulp extracted
- 500ml full-fat milk
- 4 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup saffron strands
Instructions
- Extract the pulp from the custard apple, removing all seeds, and place the pulp in the refrigerator to chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Combine the milk, sugar, and saffron in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
- Simmer the milk mixture, stirring frequently, until it reduces and thickens slightly, about 15-20 minutes.
- Remove the milk from heat and allow it to cool completely to room temperature, then refrigerate until cold.
- Combine the chilled custard apple pulp and the chilled saffron milk, blending or stirring until well incorporated, then serve immediately.
