Light, quick-cooking zero carb noodles served as a healthy, versatile base for any stir-fry.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs (400g) zero carb shirataki noodles, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil (for sautéing)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce or coconut aminos

Instructions

  1. Drain the shirataki noodles thoroughly in a colander and rinse under cold water for 1 minute to remove any natural odor.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the noodles to the dry pan, cooking for 2-3 minutes to evaporate excess moisture.
  3. Add the oil, salt, and soy sauce, tossing continuously for 1 minute until the noodles are well-coated and slightly toasted.
  4. Serve immediately while hot as a base for your favorite protein or vegetable stir-fry over medium-high heat until fragrant, about 5 min.
