High-Protein Sliced Chicken Supper by Takingmeals

Tender chicken breast and crispy air-fried potatoes served with savory gravy, peas, and aromatics.

Ingredients
- 400g chicken breast, sliced
- 250g maris piper potatoes, cut into chips
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 60g frozen peas
- 200g prepared chinese-style gravy
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 cup msg (optional)
- 2 sprays cooking spray (frylight)
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Rinse the potato chips in cold water until the water runs clear, then pat dry thoroughly with a clean cloth.
- Spray the potatoes with cooking spray and air fry at 210°C (410°F) for 20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and golden.
- While potatoes cook, heat a pan over medium-high heat with a spray of oil and sauté the chicken and onion until the chicken is browned and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).
- Stir in the peas, soy sauce, and MSG, cooking for an additional 2 minutes until the peas are heated through.
- Divide the cooked chips into two containers and top with the chicken, onion, and pea mixture.
- Pour the Chinese-style gravy over each container, close the lids, and let steam for 5 minutes before serving.
