Ingredients

  • 200g % fat greek-style yogurt
  • 32g whey protein powder (sticky toffee or preferred flavor)
  • 1 meringue nest
  • 40g frozen berries (or fresh raspberries)
  • 5g honey

Instructions

  1. Combine the Greek-style yogurt and whey protein powder in a bowl, stirring vigorously for 1 minute until completely smooth and incorporated.
  2. Crumble the meringue nest into small, bite-sized pieces over the yogurt mixture.
  3. Top the bowl with the frozen berries.
  4. Drizzle the honey over the top and serve immediately.
