- 200g % fat greek-style yogurt
- 32g whey protein powder (sticky toffee or preferred flavor)
- 1 meringue nest
- 40g frozen berries (or fresh raspberries)
- 5g honey
Instructions
- Combine the Greek-style yogurt and whey protein powder in a bowl, stirring vigorously for 1 minute until completely smooth and incorporated.
- Crumble the meringue nest into small, bite-sized pieces over the yogurt mixture.
- Top the bowl with the frozen berries.
- Drizzle the honey over the top and serve immediately.
