Creamy Corn and Mozzarella Chicken by Ta Cuisine

Tender chicken breast sautéed with sweet corn and garlic in a creamy mozzarella-infused sauce.

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 150 g sweet corn kernels
- 100 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 125 ml whole milk
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and sear the chicken pieces until golden, about 6-8 minutes.
- Add the diced onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes, until softened and translucent.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
- Add the sweet corn and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Pour in the milk and bring to a gentle simmer for 3-4 minutes to slightly thicken.
- Fold in the mozzarella and stir for about 2 minutes, until melted into a creamy sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.
