Creamy Corn and Mozzarella Chicken by Ta Cuisine

Tender chicken breast sautéed with sweet corn and garlic in a creamy mozzarella-infused sauce.

Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 150 g sweet corn kernels
  • 100 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 125 ml whole milk
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and sear the chicken pieces until golden, about 6-8 minutes.
  2. Add the diced onion and sauté for 4-5 minutes, until softened and translucent.
  3. Stir in the garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.
  4. Add the sweet corn and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Pour in the milk and bring to a gentle simmer for 3-4 minutes to slightly thicken.
  6. Fold in the mozzarella and stir for about 2 minutes, until melted into a creamy sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve immediately.
