Tender cubed chicken and pasta baked in a savory tomato sauce with melted mozzarella crust.

Ingredients
- 450g (1 lb) pasta (any short shape)
- 680g (1 jar) spaghetti sauce
- 500ml (2 cup) water or chicken broth
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp italian seasoning
- 225g (2 cup) mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup italian breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Combine pasta, spaghetti sauce, water or broth, diced chicken, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a 9x13 baking dish.
- Stir thoroughly to ensure pasta is submerged, then cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove foil, stir the mixture, and top evenly with mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, and Parmesan cheese.
- Increase oven temperature to 425°F (220°C) and bake uncovered for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
