Creamy Bacon and Corn Dip by Spinachandbacon
Savory, decadent dip featuring crispy bacon and sweet corn in a creamy cheese base.

Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 2 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the chopped bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- Add the corn to the same skillet with the bacon fat and sauté for 5 minutes until lightly browned.
- Stir in the softened cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and paprika until smooth and well combined.
- Fold in half of the crispy bacon and half of the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese and bacon until ready to serve.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
