Serves: 1Prep: 5 minCook: 15 min

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Buldak Carbonara Ramen (with sauce and powder packets)
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • 1 slice Baby Swiss cheese
  • 1 slice Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 tbsp Kewpie mayo
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp chili crunch
  • 2 tbsp green onions, chopped, plus more for garnish
  • ¼–½ cup milk
  • 1 fried egg
  • Cooked dumplings, as desired
  • Cooked sausage, sliced, as desired
  • Naruto maki (fish cake), as desired
  • Chili oil, for topping

Instructions

  1. Cook the Buldak Carbonara noodles according to package instructions until almost tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan over low heat, lay in the American, Baby Swiss, and Monterey Jack cheese slices and let them begin to melt, about 1–2 minutes.
  3. Add the Kewpie mayo, ketchup, chili crunch, chopped green onions, Buldak Carbonara sauce packet, and powder packet to the melted cheese. Stir continuously until everything is smooth and combined, about 1–2 minutes.
  4. Pour in the milk and stir until fully incorporated into a creamy sauce.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated in the sauce.
  6. Cover the pan and cook on low for 1–2 minutes, then give a final stir until the sauce is thick, creamy, and glossy.
  7. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with a fried egg, cooked dumplings, sliced sausage, Naruto maki, a drizzle of chili oil, and extra green onions. Serve immediately.
