Trader Joe's Gochujang Bulgogi by Soosfoods

Thinly sliced beef marinated in savory-spicy gochujang, seared until caramelized and served over steamed rice.

Ingredients
- 1 lb trader joe's bulgogi beef
- 3 tbsp gochujang (korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp neutral cooking oil
- 2 cup cooked white rice (for serving)
- 1 tbsp green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and minced garlic to create the marinade until ready to serve.
- Add the bulgogi beef to the bowl and massage the marinade into the meat until evenly coated; let sit for 5-10 minutes.
- Heat the cooking oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Add the beef in a single layer and sear for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the edges are crispy and the meat is cooked through.
- Serve immediately over a bed of warm white rice, topped with sliced green onions until ready to serve.
