Three-Ingredient Persimmon Pudding by Soheila Ghezelbash
Naturally sweet, velvety persimmon pudding crafted with minimal ingredients for a light, wholesome dessert.

Ingredients
- 3 large ripe persimmons
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tbsp crushed walnuts (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Wash the persimmons thoroughly and remove the green stems and leaves until ready to serve.
- Slice the persimmons in half and scoop the soft, ripe flesh into a blender, discarding the skins until ready to serve.
- Add the cinnamon to the blender and process on high speed for 30-60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the pudding into serving bowls and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set before topping with crushed walnuts.
