Three-Ingredient Persimmon Pudding by Soheila Ghezelbash

Naturally sweet, velvety persimmon pudding crafted with minimal ingredients for a light, wholesome dessert.

Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe persimmons
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp crushed walnuts (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Wash the persimmons thoroughly and remove the green stems and leaves until ready to serve.
  2. Slice the persimmons in half and scoop the soft, ripe flesh into a blender, discarding the skins until ready to serve.
  3. Add the cinnamon to the blender and process on high speed for 30-60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Transfer the pudding into serving bowls and refrigerate for 15 minutes to set before topping with crushed walnuts.
