Creamy vanilla smoothie bowl topped with mixed berries and simple crunchy garnish.

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk or unsweetened plant milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup fresh berries
  • 1 tsp shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla, and honey to a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds until thick and smooth.
  2. Stop and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again briefly until the mixture looks like soft-serve and holds its shape.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl immediately, using a spoon to create a smooth, even surface.
  4. Top with chia seeds, granola, fresh berries, and shredded coconut right away, then serve cold.
