Creamy vanilla smoothie bowl topped with mixed berries and simple crunchy garnish.

Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk or unsweetened plant milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup granola
- 1/4 cup fresh berries
- 1 tsp shredded coconut
Instructions
- Add the frozen banana, frozen mixed berries, Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla, and honey to a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds until thick and smooth.
- Stop and scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again briefly until the mixture looks like soft-serve and holds its shape.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl immediately, using a spoon to create a smooth, even surface.
- Top with chia seeds, granola, fresh berries, and shredded coconut right away, then serve cold.
