Cheesy-Beef Eggroll Tacos by Shesgotthecooks
Crispy fried eggroll wrappers filled with seasoned ground beef and melted cheese, served taco-style.

Ingredients
- 450g (1 lb) ground beef
- 1 tbsp blackstone smashburger seasoning (or steak seasoning)
- 8 eggroll wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (for frying)
- 1/4 cup water (for sealing wrappers)
Instructions
- Heat a griddle or large skillet over medium-high heat (approx 375°F).
- Add ground beef to the hot surface, seasoning with the Smashburger blend, and cook for 6-8 minutes until browned and fully cooked.
- Lay out eggroll wrappers and place a small amount of cooked beef and shredded cheese in the center of each
- Lightly dampen the edges of the wrappers with water, fold into a taco shape, and press edges firmly to seal
- Add oil to the griddle and place the tacos seam-side down, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately while the cheese is melted
