Ingredients

  • 450g (16 oz) strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 285g (10 oz) blackberries
  • 65g (1/3 cup) granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 90g (1 cup) rolled oats
  • 125g (1 cup) all purpose flour
  • 115g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
  • 100g (1/2 cup) brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss the strawberries, blackberries, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, and cornstarch in a mixing bowl until the fruit is evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the berry mixture into a 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and cubed butter in a separate bowl, rubbing the mixture with your fingers until it resembles coarse crumbs.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the berry mixture.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
