Warm seasonal berries topped with a crisp, buttery oat and flour crumble, served golden brown.

Ingredients
- 450g (16 oz) strawberries, hulled and halved
- 285g (10 oz) blackberries
- 65g (1/3 cup) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 90g (1 cup) rolled oats
- 125g (1 cup) all purpose flour
- 115g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 100g (1/2 cup) brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the strawberries, blackberries, 1/3 cup granulated sugar, and cornstarch in a mixing bowl until the fruit is evenly coated.
- Transfer the berry mixture into a 9-inch baking dish.
- Combine the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and cubed butter in a separate bowl, rubbing the mixture with your fingers until it resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the berry mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the fruit is bubbling and the topping is golden brown.
