Quick, aromatic noodles tossed in a vibrant, spice-forward chili oil with fresh cilantro and garlic.

Ingredients
- 250g (8 oz) wheat noodles, cooked
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp garlic, finely diced
- 1 tbsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 3 tbsp neutral oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Place cooked noodles in a large heat-proof bowl until ready to serve.
- Top the noodles with the chopped cilantro, minced garlic, chili flakes, chili powder, and ground cumin until ready to serve.
- Heat the neutral oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until it begins to shimmer, about 2 minutes.
- Pour the hot oil carefully over the aromatics and spices on the noodles to release their fragrance until ready to serve.
- Add the soy sauce and toss everything together thoroughly until the noodles are well coated, about 1 minute.
