Salted Tahini Nutella Chocolate Mousse by Sepps

Silken tofu chocolate mousse blended with rich Nutella and savory tahini, finished with flaky sea salt.

Ingredients
- 600g silken tofu
- 350g vegan nutella
- 200g tahini
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- 100g dark chocolate, melted
- 1/2 tsp flaky sea salt, for serving
Instructions
- Combine the silken tofu, vegan Nutella, tahini, cocoa powder, 1/4 teaspoon of fine salt, and melted dark chocolate in a high-speed blender.
- Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes, pausing to scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
- Pour the mousse into individual serving dishes or a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or until thoroughly chilled and firm.
- Just before serving, sprinkle the mousse with flaky sea salt to enhance the flavors and add a textural contrast.
