Nonna's Christmas Pizza by Sepps

Crispy pizza crust topped with savory tomato sauce and sweet corn kernels finished with olive oil.

Ingredients

  • 250g (9 oz) pizza dough
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border for the crust.
  4. Sprinkle the sweet corn evenly over the tomato sauce.
  5. Drizzle the olive oil over the top of the pizza.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the edges are crisp.
