Iced Pistachio Tiramisu Matcha Latte by Sepps

Matcha latte layered with strawberry coconut water, pistachio spread, and a topping of whipped plant-based cream.

Ingredients
- 250ml vita coco creamy strawberry coconut water
- 2 shots fresh matcha, prepared
- 1 tsp pistachio spread
- 50ml plant-based double cream
- 1 tbsp agave syrup
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder (for dusting)
- 1 cup ice cubes
Instructions
- Whisk the plant-based double cream with the agave syrup in a small bowl for 1-2 minutes until thick and airy.
- Spread the pistachio spread inside the glass to coat the inner walls for flavor and presentation.
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour in the Vita Coco Creamy Strawberry coconut water.
- Gently pour the prepared matcha shots over the ice and coconut water mixture.
- Top the latte with the whipped cream mixture and finish with a light dusting of matcha powder.
