Iced Pistachio Tiramisu Matcha Latte by Sepps

Matcha latte layered with strawberry coconut water, pistachio spread, and a topping of whipped plant-based cream.

Ingredients

  • 250ml vita coco creamy strawberry coconut water
  • 2 shots fresh matcha, prepared
  • 1 tsp pistachio spread
  • 50ml plant-based double cream
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder (for dusting)
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Whisk the plant-based double cream with the agave syrup in a small bowl for 1-2 minutes until thick and airy.
  2. Spread the pistachio spread inside the glass to coat the inner walls for flavor and presentation.
  3. Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour in the Vita Coco Creamy Strawberry coconut water.
  4. Gently pour the prepared matcha shots over the ice and coconut water mixture.
  5. Top the latte with the whipped cream mixture and finish with a light dusting of matcha powder.
