Festive Spritz Cocktail by Sepps

Elderflower liqueur and sparkling wine cocktail blended with tart cranberry juice and a splash of soda.

Ingredients
- 40 ml st-germain elderflower liqueur
- 60 ml sparkling wine
- 40 ml cranberry juice
- 20 ml soda water
- 1 sprig mint sprig for garnish
- 3-4 red currants for garnish
- 1 cup ice
Instructions
- Add ice into a glass.
- Pour in 40 ml of ST-GERMAIN Elderflower liqueur.
- Top with 60 ml of sparkling wine, 40 ml of cranberry juice, and 20 ml of soda water.
- Stir the spritz gently to combine all ingredients.
- Garnish with a mint sprig, red currants, and a sprinkle of icing sugar.
