Festive Spritz Cocktail by Sepps

Ingredients

• 40 ml st-germain elderflower liqueur
• 60 ml sparkling wine
• 40 ml cranberry juice
• 20 ml soda water
• 1 sprig mint sprig for garnish
• 3-4 red currants for garnish
• 1 cup ice

Instructions

1. Add ice into a glass.
2. Pour in 40 ml of ST-GERMAIN Elderflower liqueur.
3. Top with 60 ml of sparkling wine, 40 ml of cranberry juice, and 20 ml of soda water.
4. Stir the spritz gently to combine all ingredients.
5. Garnish with a mint sprig, red currants, and a sprinkle of icing sugar.
