Ingredients
- 250g (9 oz) high-quality dark chocolate, chopped
- 50g (3.5 tbsp) unsalted butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 100g (3.5 oz) pistachios, roughly chopped
- 100g (3.5 oz) dried figs, chopped
- 100g (3.5 oz) biscuits (e.g., digestive or tea biscuits), crushed
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate, butter, coconut oil, and agave syrup together in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water until silky smooth, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the bowl from the heat and let it cool slightly for 5 minutes.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios, dried figs, and crushed biscuits until everything is evenly coated in chocolate.
- Place the mixture onto a sheet of cling film and shape it into a log or sausage form, twisting the ends of the film to tighten it.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the chocolate is firm enough to slice.
