Chicken Club Sandwich by Sensationalsandwiches
A toasted chicken club sandwich layered with cooked chicken, streaky bacon, salad, and creamy sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 4 oz cooked chicken, sliced
- 4 slices streaky bacon, fried
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp sun-dried tomato and basil parmesan puree
- 1 tsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp white truffle oil
- 1 tsp truffle infused honey
- 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese (for crust)
Instructions
- Spread truffle infused honey on one slice of sourdough.
- Spread sun-dried tomato and basil parmesan puree and mayonnaise on the other slice of sourdough.
- Layer cooked chicken onto the honey-spread bread.
- Add fried bacon and sliced avocado over the chicken.
- Top with the second slice of bread, puree-side down.
- Press the grated parmesan cheese onto the outside of both bread slices.
- Grill or pan-fry the sandwich in a lightly oiled pan over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side, until golden brown and the cheese forms a crust.
