Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut broccoli crowns into bite-sized florets, ensuring you have flat sides on larger pieces for better caramelization.
  3. Arrange broccoli on a baking sheet, placing the flat sides down.
  4. Drizzle or spray the broccoli evenly with olive oil.
