Instructions

- Grease a 10-12 inch cast iron skillet with olive oil, ensuring the bottom and sides are coated.
- Stretch the pizza dough into the skillet, pressing it slightly up the sides.
- Add your sauce, cheese, and toppings as desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and the crust edges are golden.
- Remove the skillet from the oven and place it directly onto a stovetop burner set to medium-high heat.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, using a spatula to lift the edge occasionally to check for a deep golden-brown, crispy bottom.
