Crispy Apple Pie Egg Rolls by Savoryspoonnc
Crispy golden egg roll wrappers filled with warm, spiced apple pie filling and finished with cinnamon sugar.

Ingredients
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup canned apple pie filling
- 2 tbsp water (for sealing)
- 4 cup vegetable oil (for frying)
- 2 tbsp cinnamon sugar (for dusting)
Instructions
- Place an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond orientation.
- Brush a small amount of water along all four edges of the wrapper.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of apple pie filling into the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, tuck in the two side corners, and roll tightly toward the top corner to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep pot or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the egg rolls in batches for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally, until all sides are golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain briefly on paper towels.
- Sprinkle generously with cinnamon sugar while the rolls are still warm.
