Sparkling Lavender Lemonade by Saraali

Floral, effervescent lemonade infused with aromatic lavender, tart yuzu juice, and muddled wild blueberries.

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp fresh lavender
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp yuzu juice
- 1 cup sparkling water
Instructions
- Combine the water, sugar, and lavender in a small pot over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let the mixture steep for 10 minutes before straining out the lavender buds, then chill completely.
- Muddle the blueberries in the bottom of a serving glass until broken down.
- Add 2 tablespoons of the prepared lavender syrup and the yuzu juice to the glass.
- Fill the glass with ice and top with sparkling water, stirring gently to combine before serving.
