Spicy Paneer Mayo Sandwich by Sandy Talkies
Crumbled paneer tossed in a vibrant, spiced creamy sauce served on toasted whole-grain bread.

Ingredients
- 200g (7 oz) paneer, crumbled
- 4 tbsp low-fat mayonnaise
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 4 slices whole-grain bread
- 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
Instructions
- Place the crumbled paneer in a medium mixing bowl until ready to serve.
- Add the mayonnaise, red chili powder, garam masala, salt, diced onion, and cilantro to the bowl until ready to serve.
- Mix everything together until the paneer is evenly coated in the spiced mayo mixture.
- Toast the bread slices in a dry pan over medium heat for 2 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Spread a generous amount of the paneer mixture onto two slices of bread, top with the remaining slices, and serve immediately until ready to serve.
